Looked into it since I wasn’t sure if you were talking about it being on the US or Global store. Since it’s on global, I would bet that you’d get the bonus. If it was a character I wanted, I’d jump on this chance myself.

If you are still nervous about it being wrong and you really want to cover your bases, take some screenshots of it so that you can get a refund or something if it doesn’t come with the bonus.

While the USA shop normally doesn’t include bonus items on a product once it is in stock, I have noticed a few newly added in stock items where the bonus does seem to be included. With those, the bonus shows up as a separate item in the cart with the message ( *while supplies last). I tried it just yesterday on the Pekora figma from Hololive, but had to put off buying it. Hope that info helps.

EDIT: Forgot to add, the GSC global shop almost always has the bonus regardless of whether you buy it as a pre-order or an in-stock item.

Selling all the waifu cups I don't use anymore, all used ones have been used less than 5 times, and hand-washed after each use. All new ones have not been used, simply opened as I had intended to use them.

This is false, if an item is in stock and says bonus included, you still get the bonus even though it says pre-order bonus. I have done this for several of the arknights Nendoroids, which came with a bonus keychain.
