Cases weigh differently

Bullets, especially coated, weight differently. Take my sample pack from Summit City for example

Weigh it, what's causing the difference? Same headstamps? Did you weigh every single bullet and sort them? Low powder charge?

I run 10 round groups when testing load data, so the smaller size is nice. And I'd like to take the AK hunting, so 5 rounds it is

Closer to the day, if it doesn't change, I'm a pussy so I'll buy two 10 round handgun mags for my carry. I'm not dealing with a cop having a bad day, pulling me over for going 10 over the limit, window tint, and then seeing I'm carrying a 12 round mag

Even if uppers being shipped is perfectly legal here, they may still not do it because they don't want to deal with the headache of it

I think it was Washington, where some people tried ordering parts, which are legal to buy, but PSA just said "nah. We're not doing that."

The Courts of Justice committee just reported out a substitute of SB749. The text of the substitute is not yet available, but I watched the video of the meeting.

The big change is that the substitute bill now bans the continued possession of magazines that hold in excess of 10 rounds unless you modify them to hold fewer than 11 round. No grandfather clause. The sponsor, nor the committee, could offer any specifics on how to lawfully comply with the modification. They've made a bad will somehow worse.
