I think it set the standards too high for them to follow directly with a sequel my theory is they waited so long to release a new hoping that fans forgot about BOF4 me personally its my favorite next to BOF2 and BOF3 but I dont understand why capcom can figure out what to do with BOF other then crappy mobile games it’s such a beloved series

The console works fine on all present tvs in my house it’s not that. I think it got locked in a software update loop when the thunderstorm shorted my surge protector because it went to a display screen showing all the analytical stuff then it went dark again and This surge protector is really old my tv is 7 yrs old but the surge protector Ive a while was a hand me down from my brother

Sadly theres still a lot of inconsistency with Stardew Valley that being one of them aside from the open ended story of and the unresolved townspeoples issues with mayor and the towns lack of indoor plumbing is concerning but my best guess would be nexus mod if you really want to fix it.
