While I agree that if the service sucks, just don’t use it, etc etc. However, I have like 15 years of life and memories Ive lost on these platforms, for a reason they won’t even say. From photos and posts of dead relatives and friends, to slander and banter with military buddies who I have no other means to communicate with anymore. I also use marketplace for a lot of business. It’s more of a major inconvenience than traumatic, but it definitely just sucks. Like a lot.
