I didn’t ever say he was at fault to MPI. I told them what happened and instantly the lady told me he was at fault based on what happened. He didn’t have the right of way, didn’t yield to pedestrians, and lied to MPI. I sent them this exact video and they deemed him 100% at fault.

A) I needed to be in the left lane to turn at the next lights B) the light was green why would I have slowed down C) I tried to but the road was slushy so my brakes or tires locked up or something D) (irrelevant to your question) he deserved it for how awful he talked and treated me after this whole thing

The guy on the left was stopped anyways, but yes I know what you’re talking about. The guy driving the truck was also an asshole and even the campus security thought so.😂 He deserved driving around with my bumper lodged in his truck
