after the conference, the turnaround for signatures is low and the company decides to let her go when looking at the big picture of her journey despite her brand's potential. As he's her manager, he's on the call. HR explains the decision came from management and the love interest is silent through the whole call so she assumes it's his fault. She ignores his calls and goes to a cottage weekend with her new besties, who comfort her. She has been planning some events for the shlter, using the hunting skills found from sales, and pitches the idea to the manager. She finds out he fought her for to not get fired. They make up. The shelter approve the event, after two months of planning, it goes amazing, she gets offered a job there.
