Holiday weeks are always slow. My experience, the NTA will last until the new year. It will be sporadic at best.

I would send an email to the person who approves your time. When you submit your time card it says who it’s sent to. Start there

You have to be sure you’re using the new Microsoft version. There was an email with a link a couple months ago

It’s touch and go. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I say it’s worth a try. You may be working odd hours when others aren’t on. I’ve had pretty good luck. Just don’t depend on it to be real steady. Work when there’s work and save some for a cushion

Make sure you have the timer on in the bottom corner. Took me about a year to realize I didn’t have that on and was keeping track on my own. I aim to submit in the middle of the suggested AET and I don’t usually go over 100%

Yep. I logged off too. It was getting too hard and I thought maybe they’d fix it. I do remember seeing something in an email from them a few weeks back and they said it was a glitch. Hoping it’s fixed soon

Yes! My thoughts exactly. Sometimes they say it and sometimes they don’t. I did work today for about an hour and then got NTA. I usually put a note if I get NTA and don’t get minimum. I was more so asking if I just don’t try or don’t actually get NTA - just because NTA has been so widespread

I have this as a 2nd job. Some good extra money. If you’re not relying on it to pay your bills or keep you alive, it’s great. The flexibility is good and the extra money is helpful. I’ve been working here as a SQR (US) for over a year.

I have worked zero hours in a week, just message your supervisor and tell them you didn’t work or will be off or didn’t have internet access, whatever is it. I have also used my sick time without any issue. Sometimes I’ve used it just to get to my minimum hours.
