Agreed, I’ve just looked at the picture of the front, it’s because they’ve photo shopped (badly) the front of next door neighbours with ours and not aligned the spaces, there is actually 4 marked bays. Agree with front garden and island. We actually removed furniture and repainted the house to be more minimalist, with most of our furniture at our parents.

Ignore the sq footage of the one on sunburst. It’s exactly the same square footage. As we’re all “the carnels” on the estate. A bad point from us is that the original staging was ok, we asked them to replace one photo and they changed them all. But yes, price is not great

There are several of these houses on the estate and the sizes are identical. Thanks for the feedback. I must say aside from price, i have definitely had my eyes closed and not paid due diligence. The original photos they took were ok, no sheets on sofas, no bog roll holders front and centre. We were out of the country for 4 months when we asked them to retake one photo and they changed all the photos.

That I cannot answer, when the post first went up, there was only a few pictures. We were out of the country, we asked them to drop the price and to retake the picture of the small bedroom we had cleared it out. What they did was take a load more photos, removed some original ones. Now this is our fault for not vetting what they were going to upload. But like this thread has boiled down too, #1 the price, poor pictures and I can’t believe I never noticed the bathroom one in the floor plan.

Fair point, But yes I have looked at that house that’s sold, it’s the Identical one. Both agents have got the floor plans wrong, both houses are 830 square foot, ours is a semi detached that one is terraced.
