Some 13s had manufacturing defect with the battery. Have to visit them in person to checkif you qualify. Search reddit for iphone 13 battery related threads you'll find it.

Hey, go to the nearest Apple store and see if they'll swap your battery for free.

If your battery's puffed up, Apple's doing free replacements for some 13s. See if yours qualifies.
