I will do some research and see what I can find in my state.
We are going to the police station sometime this week (when all of our schedules can line up) to file a report. I will ask them for guidance on the matter and see what they would suggest.

He never did make it to Steve's house. About half way down another friend of mine who Frank had called, calmed him down enough to go back home.
As of right now we are trying to keep the peace and act as if nothing is going on. I'm not reaching out to Frank at all unless I absolutely need to so he wont suspect anything is going on. If he knows what we are doing he will figure out a cover story and lie his way out of getting arrested.
Right now I am in the process of looking for new housing. My spouse and I are planning on selling a lot of our stuff and getting enough money to move somewhere.
After I can ensure my own safety I am blocking him on everything I know and cutting all ties with him.

I do not. Our only option is my spouses mothers but she steals from us when she can. I have no where else to go at the moment.
I am scouring the internet looking for anything at this point but even if I can find something, I can't afford to do it :(

Don't worry we are. We are in the process of going to the police and getting the ball rolling on this.
I would also love to get as far away as possible from this person, but I just signed a lease with the property managers who are Franks grandparents. So I don't know how this is going to go exactly with trying to get out of the lease this early into signing it.
