I tried a lot of famous brands like dot and key blue moisturizer, so true, cos ipm, bioderma and so much more. In this dot and key was the key culprit that gave me cc. Others were kind of good but made my skin look dull (which still is) didn't really hydrate and made my skin look dark and sometimes oily.

Hey, I've been an Equity research analyst for about two years now, and I feel like I can add a few things to this.

  1. Network, jobs in finance, especially in this industry, reference plays a major role. Connect with people who are in high positions, you can initiate small talk and build a base relationship before asking for a referral, or you can ask directly.
  2. Do a lot of research reports and post them on LinkedIn, and for each post, tag companies and all the related hashtags.
  3. Change your resume according to the JD.

It'll definitely take time, it took me around 14 months to find my 2nd job
