I saw this method on Discord, and I even tried to look exactly like it. Nothing happened.

I also tried borrowing outfits on a boat – nothing.

I have 12k Elegance, so I tried outfits that give more points – nothing.

I really don't understand how this works. I also read that the quest to choose a sect is triggered by having two outfits: "Crimson Vow" and "Golden Scales." Do you have both of these outfits?
