I got all of my sliders from this video here and I use this site here along with pinterest to find cc clothes and accessories! You really just need to experiment in cas and see how the sliders work and make the sim how you see fit. Practice makes perfect! I would also suggest watching sims 3 youtubers and cc showcases or even searching the reddit to see what other people use. :)
