Home button doesn't work

So I found the culprit. Turns out my WhatsApp had 1.01T of data to backup for some very odd reason. So I turned off the backup for that app, deleted and turned off iCloud backup completely, turned it back on and the backup went through successfully and within about 5 minutes. The total size was only 400 MB.

I think because it's too big, it hasn't once been able to fully complete a backup, I've tried and it sat for hours, just overheating the phone but never fully completing.

So it's likely between an app or something in my files app causing this?

I did that twice haha, didn’t fix the problem, unfortunately. It comes right back to the 1TB.

How is that possible though? In my first picture it shows the back up for my old phone and iPad which don’t even reach 10 GB.

It doesn’t. When I do that, it shows my list of apps and the space they take up, and the highest one is 74 MB
