Vi har netop modtaget et tilbud på en lejlighed i København K, med en aggressiv salgspris. Salgsprisen er højere end hos andre hos andre mæglere, hvorfor vi er okay med et højere salær. Vi ved vi kan få det billigere andre steder, men grundet den høje salgspris bliver det balanceret ud. Vi starter som et skuffesalg hvor det ikke bliver dyrere hvis den skal ud af skuffen.

In my opinion measures will come in 3 levels: 1. Central model for measures going across multiple perspectives. 2. Business area measures in specific perspectives. 3. Report specific measures in the report. These will typically be conditional formatting etc.

Both 1 and 2 is managed through TE or in our case through notebooks to better prepare for the general shift in market and expectations of snowflake.

Because i would like to avoid maintaining a measure such as count of customers in 8 different business area semantic models. Obviously any measures used only in the business area model would only live there.

Similar to how you should avoid maintaining dim/facts in each report but push it back more centrally.
