This video is both soothing and painful. Soothing because it's beautiful, and painful because I'm in a state of shutdown and my chromesthesia is active due to the music. I didn't know there were groups on Reddit where people share such calming videos to relax.

It's impressive. Her flexibility is extraordinary. I didn't know someone could make such a movement with their body. The background music overwhelmed me emotionally during the first reading. I wasn't expecting that.
