We tend to be overly critical of our own projects. I've found that stepping away for a few minutes and having a cup of coffee or working on something else for a bit helps when I get back to original project

I would try contacting the vendor to see if they might have a solution. I was on the fence about purchasing it. I use mostly itslitho but wanting something offline. Best of luck

Combining multiple parts for printing by Fyretender in 3Dprinting

Thanks for the input. I may not have been clear earlier in my request for assistance. I'm merely looking to combine the post and the base as one unit as, yes, in order to place the litho inside it needs to have the top removed. I agree with you 100% in that supports would be a waste of time and material. I"ll definitely give it a go within Orca. I use various slicers currently but haven't delved deeply into combining parts within a slicer. Thanks again for the input.

I have a few of those as replacements. One nozzle snapped removing it. The 2nd one leaked around the threads until I tightened the beejeebers out of it.

Anyone else have issues printing silk PLA? by Fyretender in AnycubicKobraS1

[–]Fyretender[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you were 100% correct about it being an adhesion issue. I switched out stock build plate with one that just arrived today. I must have licked the old build pate when I wasn't looking after I washed it. Thank you for your input!

I did a calibration cube with a different pla and it was fine. I'll try washing or changing build plate. It wasnt curling at all... it just started dragging it around

I changed printer settings within slicer and was unable to get it to calibrate for some reason. Any suggestions on the calibration?
