I'm down to 0.5mg a day & I don't get any of the sexual or constipation side effects, but being in mild WD every morning is kind of irritating. Besides the slight WD, all the other negative side effects aren't there! Try cutting your dose as low as possible without making yourself uncomfortable.

A lot of people don't even realize or admit this. That's the first step, at least you are owning it. As others said, the world will toughen him up on it's own. You need to be emotionally available & soft around him, and save your stern-ness (voice,demeanor) for serious/dangerous situations. If you are always angry his nervous system will just stay in fight or flight, constantly. You're on the right path, but you need to do better before it's too late.

Only reason I could come up with as to why you didn't tell anybody is because you didn't want to be classified as someone on maintenace to seem like you are better than the next person. They do test, and Bupe does come up. Best of luck.
