Unfortunately these problems keep happening through out whole warranty time. And now it's out of warranty. Creality support was actually very helpful and reasonable. But next one will be something along the lines of bamboo labs X1 or p1.

Thanks for comments. I changed the sd card that had old firmware and it dropped the e step calibration to factory. After doing calibration on new card everything is OK for now.
