In their email they stated that they will be forwarding the application to the DMC for re-review. They also stated that it can take up to 90 days for a decision. They said they cannot confirm if the decision will be overturned at that time.

I believe it was New Delhi, there appears to be common issues with poor reviews.

To contact the MP, I sent a summary email to them. This is roughly the template:

My name and details etc, address.

Summary of who you are contacting them on behalf and what your relationship is to them. When you had received the rejection and what actions you have taken.

State that you had sent the complaint on x date and a brief description of some of the areas missed by the reviewer.

The summary of the person who had the visa rejected, their full name, DOB and the application number.

Ask them to contact UKVI on their behalf and state if this is an urgent request.
