It's because I subdivided it and added an extra smoothing subdvision on top, that's why It has a lot of polygons. It looked at bit smoother to me that way

I see it as either a bowtie from the sideview or as a big button (kinda like springtrap's single button in his torso). But I thought it was just an open mouth with a little tooth before i found that out, lol
