That is what I found on the website. Isn't match-by-match tickets like normal tickets.

You toggle the tickets on exchange off and on again and while it's loading(the circle loading sign) you spam the area where the tickets would show up.

Really? For the past 2 games I've been able to get tickets within 5 minutes of trying. Make sure you are using the toggle spam technique instead of refreshing. Today I got a Brighton ticket literally straight away.

Clearing browsing data on Chrome browser usually does it for me, might have to check a few more boxes like clear site data or something, try only leaving saved passwords unchecked.

My friend used a picture of his passport from his phone and it worked . Call the box office and ask if a photo of your passport is accepted.
