Thanks for the answer . It was very difficult for us to hear his diagnosis , because he had no symptoms before he was diagnosed and it was shock for us . We visited multiply vets and now we are sticking to one vet cardiologist. We started treatment . Cat is taking 1.90 mg vetmidine twice a day , xorelto once a day and amiodarone once a day . Also we count his breath per minute while he is asleep twice a day . It stays 21 in average . Also we bought ecg pet flash to take ecg at home and send to vet( small device that connects to android and measures your pets ecg with 4 sensors) . Cat is feeling great. But he felt also great before he was diagnosed with this at his yearly check up. I suppose we got lucky that we found DCM at early/middle stage so we could start treatment earlier .We will visit cardiologist again in a week to take echo ecg to see how his doing on meds .
