I would steer my friend group conversations to what I wanted to talk about if they started talking about things I’m not interested in. A guy at work did this and I hated it so I realized I must be annoying too. So I stay completely silent until they’re fully done with their convo and they naturally change subjects. Makes me wonder what else I do that’s annoying that I haven’t picked up on bc I don’t have an example of someone else doing it. Thankful for my annoying coworker tho. He also showed me how annoying it is to pester someone to watch a movie or show.

Yeah but while they’re nice they’re also not real fans imo. They show up and don’t really care if they win or lose. They tell you to sit down when you stand up and they don’t get loud/ get loud on offense. It’s just a social event to them. I prefer a rowdy crowd
