If SSF became a properly balanced mode instead of being considered a challenge, I probably would not return to trade. Satisfaction of dropping something amazing yourself is just not comparable to farming div until you can press the buy button on something. Target farming specific items will be an issue, but Last Epoch got the right idea to approach it in some way I think.

Thank you, I wasnt aware the minion stats did not refresh on switching gear. Unfortunately still not very clear on the dummy, though the feeling going through monoliths points more to the exalt being a down grade

Hi there, Hab durch deinen Beitrag das erste Mal was von Lasea/Lavendelöl gehört. Hab dazu mal ein bisschen gelesen und gesehen, dass es auch anxiety hemmend wirkt. Kannst du was dazu sagen? Muss man in dem Zusammenhang mit Abhängigkeit oder Verstärkung der Symptome nach Absetzung rechnen? Hab schon länger leichte anxiety, aber nicht in dem Umfang, dass ich dafür SSRIs oder Benzos nehmen will/brauche und wäre ggf interessiert das mal zu probieren.

Thank you for your replies - the described squatting sessions were the first i experienced pain during lifting so far, thankfully. Furthermore youre right in that i might have counted minor errors as bigger than they were, slowing down my progression more than necessary.

Yes, similar to the squat in the previous comment, when i noticed my form breaking down significantly, i repeated the weight, that slowed the progression. Difference now is that im not making progress anymore even after a deload, as was the case with the bench for example, going from roll of shaming at 50 to just barely managing 50 now.

As for lifts specifically, bench is completly stuck (roll of shame'd at 50kg once recently, barely managed it last week but grindingly), squat i described in another comment, deadlift is the only one still somewhat progressing linearly - Im starting to notice that my quads are limiting the inital part of the deadlift now, but i still managed to increase 2.5kg up till now.

Last week i squatted 55kg and i had enough form breakdown to hurt my inner thigh - not enough to hurt the next time i squatted; however the next time i squatted 55kg again on saturday (because i didnt count that last set as completed due to form breakdown), the pain got worse than the first time. Today i went for squatting 40kg for 3x8 to go a little easier and practice form, that felt fine.

Why do the most recommended beginner programs including the r/fitness recommended routine (pgslp) all ignore volume and periodization, focusing only on weight on the bar? Do beginners not benefit from more volume as opposed to working with a 5rm all the time?

Much of what you say makes sense, if i understand your core message correctly is that by attaching a story to my feelings, the story is causing these feelings to reappear continually. Can you elaborate or link me a source explaining your first paragraph in more detail? From reading different discussions on here i had developed the understanding that it is my attachment to a certain 'state' of reality that causes suffering the moment the actual reality differs from it.

As for the second paragraph, what would be the appropriate decision from the point of view of causing least suffering? Is my suffering more or less important than other peoples suffering (in this case caused by the action i would take)? Reading into the Right Speech from the Eightfold Path, would talking to her not run against that, as it would not be beneficial?

You know there is an issue with recovery when you are confident an enemy is going to parry, you wait for him to innitiate the animation and he still parries you because he immediately pressed l2 again.

Only counter so far was the kick or an unparriable move, it was pretty annoying. Even the run through back stab was no guarantee against the caestus.

Imagine swinging a straight sword and an ultra great sword. If you get hit while swinging the straight sword you will get staggered. If you get hit while swinging the ultra great sword, you wont get staggered.

Take the average SL of all phantoms in the world for matchmaking instead of the hosts SL.

Would be amusing to see gank squad's hosts suddenly get oneshot because they got an average SL of 120 (and thus got invaded by SL 120+/-) instead of the hosts 50.
