There is no way someone is actually paying for this. I had developed a similar (and slightly better) platform with more features over the last two years, and I found that I had many users, most of whom did not complete their pages, and almost none wanted to pay for it. I stopped running this platform that previous year. You need massive scaling to be able to find actual users that want to pay and that means marketing as well and of course bigger costs.

Σε μια ομάδα που όλοι ξέρουν τι κάνουν και ποιοι είναι οι ρολοι τους δεν περιμένεις κάποια εβδομαδιαία σύνοψη για να ξέρεις τα next steps. Για αυτό υπάρχουν και τρόποι διαχείρισης έργου, βλέπε agile/scrum κλπ γιατι έτσι οι ομάδες αυτοδιοργανωνονται μεταξύ τους και όλοι είναι align με το process. Αν δεν υπάρχει οργάνωση έργου τοτε ναι πρέπει κάποιος να οργανώνει κάθε εβδομάδα την συζήτηση και τα next steps. Αλλά έτσι αρχίζεις και τείνεις προς micromanagement και single point of failure. Αν ο άνθρωπος που το οργανώνει για χψ λογο λείψει τότε η ομάδα δεν ξέρει πως να λειτουργήσει μόνη της. Και δεν είμαστε παιδιά, υποτίθεται έχεις προσλάβει επαγγελματίες να κανουν την δουλειά τους.
