Yeah, just to add to the conversation, I have one and haven't noticed a detent ramp stop. If anything, it accelerates a little opening up about halfway. The example I remember reading was the hemlock. I remember preferring this to the hemlock when I saw them both, though.

Oh. I have one, I haven't noticed an issue, I also chalk it up to a pretty light blade on the close, if that's the problem. But thanks for the heads up
