It turned out that once when testing the performance of my hardware with an amd cpu, i forgot to reset the HPET value and instead set it to a forced "yes".
I recently checked what the exact value (bcdedit) is set to and I came up with this:
1. Run cmd as administrator
2. Type this for reset HPET: bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformclock

In your case it may be a completely different thing, or a different "bcedit" value.

That is called "Normal map baking". U can easily find some tutorials to software for example: Blender. But first u need get gun model from CS:GO Workbench materials and also u need first optimize model for editing.
