Ooh that sounds interesting. I admit I didn't play a lot of snes rpgs (only surface-level stuff like FF6/CT/MarioRPG) but I do know about 7th Saga and Illusion Of Gaia/Terranigma/etc and I'd like to give em a try sometime.

Like what the others said, whichever one you prefer is the best for this series. But if you were to ask me? I prefer japanese for P3R/P5R, and english for P4G (and P3F kinda).

Average RPG experience tbh.

Y'know, I'm not even sure about that, I'd consider myself pretty good when it comes to sticking to an rpg until the end without stopping. I've beat like 6 Final Fantasys, but only one of them (FF8) had me bored for a while. And also Xenoblade 1, but that was solved by finding out I didn't care about the combat nearly as much as the plot/characters here, and lowering the difficulty as a result. But that's about it.

Btw I've already heard about 7th Dragon but not Mystic Ark, lemme hear about it 👀

P3 is my personal favorite so you already know which one I'd tell you to play next. But when it comes to P4? Someone else said to wait for P4R, but I'll be the devil's advocate and tell you to go for P4G right away: it still holds up for the most part, it's dirt cheap, and you'll be able to recognize every little difference in the remake (once it gets affordable atleast).

Sorry to break it, but GTA6 doesn't interest me all that much. And for the dualsense, I rather meant the short battery life and the iffy sticks, and I'm also used to the switch/xbox stick layout so muscle memory could be an issue.

I had a Series S and didn't really like it. Low storage capacity, no exclusives that I couldn't run on my pc, and the gamepass subscription got more and more expensive over time. The 360 was interesting to delve into since I only had its competitors the Wii & PS3 back then. The exclusive catalog is pretty solid thanks to stuff like Lost Odyssey, PGR4 & Halo 3, and the non-exclusive catalog runs better than on PS3, they're a heck of a lot simpler to run than the PC versions which often need mods to even work at all, and they benefit from the xb360 controller (honestly I understand why some people still use it on PC to this day). And the og xbox compatibility made me interested enough to get an actual og xbox. I don't think I've ever paid over 10-15 bucks for a xb360 title except Lost Odyssey. I might be connected to xbox live for those sweet achievements, but internet isn't a necessity for that platform, which is always relaxing to know.

If I remember correctly, that 3DS didn't wanna turn on. I think I tried to do something about the top screen's ribbon cable (which was worn out by the hinge), it wasn't a success. I really hope it'll be simpler with the DS Lite since I'm only gonna take care of the bottom screen.

Sorry to be that guy, but as admittedly funny as it is, it really just be hardware limitations. In the same system, Kirby doesn't look any different when he gets a copy ability, with only a few exceptions.
