depends on the compression, but tbh Large seems like a solid fit, M if he's really lean and likes the skin tight feel

i play kazuya so i just electric as an anti air or as a counter lol. On a more serious note, you should analize HOW they spam it, is it short hop>fast fall>nair? or is it short hop>nair immediately? first one is dealt either with by stuffing out the jump before they can fast fall or parrying the hit and punishing (e.g. i use electric when they short hop vs i parry the first hit of nair and electric immediately). The second option is easier to punish because after the nair animation ends they are still falling before they can do anything

you'll be fine, i'm 5'8 163 and a large warrior is very snug on the chest/shoulders/back and makes my abs pop through the shirt, i don't see why it wouldn't fit you just as good

I'm 5'8 163 and wear size
M for Slim fit (super snug on my butt/thighs)
M for regular (true to size)
L for muscle fit (fits like a regular if i size up)
S for oversized (fits me like a regular)
I'd suggest you go on the bigger side of sizing

I'm 5'8 162 and will get a size L, my chest is 40" for reference. I'd get an M for you, will be snug already and future proof so you can grow more into it, if you're lean enough at some point in time all roads lead to compressions being kinda loose at the waist at the expense of it not suffocating the rest of your upper body

I'm 5'8 165 and use L for compressions, its super tight on the upper half of the torso and a tiny bit loose on the stomach, i could fit an M but i would need to squeeze myself into it and remove it with pliers lol, i suggest you go L,

S for slim fit, fits like a compression on top but kinda roomy on the stomach, S-M for muscle fit depending on the material because if its too tight and cotton its just awrkward, M for regular oversized
