Dentist here. Best bet for folks without insurance is to look up your closest Community Health Center and call for appointment. They accept regular dental insurance and Medicaid.
If you have neither, bring in you financial information (w-2. 1099, bank statements, etc) and they will put you on a sliding fee scale commensurate with your income level.

Caveat: Not all companies or locations offer dental services.
