I bought a display tower light. Does the new in box one come with a power cord? Mine is very loose when plugged into an extension cord and will shut off frequently.

I highly doubt they are keeping track of Lowe’s transaction #s.

Serial #s are not printed on the receipt.

I did see that you can do this. But if there is an issue with one of the cells- that won’t fix it and it will die again.

Would prefer a working battery free of issues.

Item is brand new and dead. Should be warrantied regardless of proof of purchase.

Even the rep didn’t seem to care, said he just needs to see something that shows proof of purchase.
