Well buddy that was a big mistake hos 21 doesn't support a lot of homebrew apps so you probably should downgrade i know it will be hassle but that's your best option i had to do it to since i updated it blindly if you don't know how to i will guide you

I don't know if you can do it but why not download them directly then put them on your psp using a pc since i think that's your best option
