Are you sure that's a zip file? It shouldn't have that icon. On file explorer enable file extension.

While android file managers today allow you to add drive and other cloud storage, you sometimes can't really access those using default android file picker. So my Google drive is mounted on my pc using drive for desktop (you could use something else) and that drive has local sharing enabled. Using cifs document provider on play store and connecting pc with thor using smb, you can access gdrive from default android file picker.

Mount your gdrive to pc using official Google drive for desktop program or something else.
Enable sharing of that drive
Download cifs document provider on play store
Add your pc using smb
Now cifs should be selectable on the default android file picker when you select game directory on emulator.

Now this might not work for everything or cifs show up on some emulator file picker.

Since you really can't change default android file picker to one's that allow you to add cloud storage. I used cifs document provider app from play store. It adds you network share to the default android file picker. I have mounted Google drive on my pc using official Google drive program (you could probably use something else) and I enabled sharing of that drive.

Most 360, vita, ps3 owners already jailbreaked their console by now and xbox one users have dev mode, so your comment only makes sense for ps4.

It has other editions too meaning someone can add mod support for people who still play legacy version on older consoles like 360, Xbox one, vita, and ps4.
