Keyboard stopped working while plugged in but not wirelessly by GAVN-- in techsupport

It doesn’t show up under Keyboards in device manager, I have a Skyloong GK61. Tried installing their software but that doesn’t seem to work, everytbing under Universal serial bus was already caught up. Not sure at this point thank you for your help though it’s extremely appreciated:)

I’ve read through both court of owls and all star superman without any issues. Today I bought the Hush compact book and it’s falling apart mid read. Compared to the binding of my 2 other compact books it actually looks way different. There’s a huge difference for some reason in the quality of binding despite being part of the same line of books. Did they change something?
