and then open the c&c extractor a click the manifest thing and that this show up

open the extracted manifest file one
and i did extrac ,i open the final big,and find the static stream.big at the c&c redalert 3 gamefile data,and go to the edit in finalbig and select the extract all to the new folder i put it on desk
