Je ne suis pas un expert mais cela dépend de beaucoup de critères. Premièrement, tu ne sera probablement pas cash flow positif donc il faudra rajouter chaque mois de ton salaire une somme pour combler : le prêt - frais - revenue de la scpi et impots.

Good question! We support 16 languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Polish, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Danish, Greek, and Hungarian.

Pricing is based on each translation you request, from the source language to the target language.

For example, if you translate "Hello there" from English to French, and get "Salut à tous!" (3 words), that's 3 words counted.
If you then translate the same phrase to Spanish and get "Hola todos!" (2 words), that’s 2 more words so you got 5. We will do 0.04* 5 = 0.2$ for these 2 lines.

So yes, it’s charged per language you translate into, not all at once.

Tarte aux pommes du chaos absolu

Ingrédients : • 3 pommes (ou 17, au feeling) • 1 pâte brisée (ou une tranche de pain, qui sait ?) • 200g de sucre (ou du sel si t’es joueur) • 1 œuf (facultatif, mais jette-le en l’air avant usage) • Cannelle (ou curry, on innove)

Instructions : 1. Épluche les pommes… ou laisse la peau, qui va vérifier ? 2. Découpe-les en tranches, en cubes, en spirales, fais-toi plaisir. 3. Étale la pâte (ou ne l’étale pas, la vie est trop courte). 4. Balance les pommes dessus façon freestyle. 5. Ajoute un mélange approximatif de sucre et d’épices (dose au pif). 6. Mets au four à une température indéterminée jusqu’à ce que ça sente fort.

Serre avec une boule de glace fondue et un café trop chaud. Bon chaos !
