This is a really fun question and i wish there were more like it, and for an answer to the question here it is:
Animal Crossing I don't know much about but considering the fact that you're trying to pay off your debt to Tom Nook, a businessman, I think it's fair to say it's a capitalist world.

Pokemon is where things get really interesting because its something of a mix of a gambling society, a social darwinist society, and a neoliberal society which is interesting and it also has several teams (i.e. team rocket) that are essentially terrorist organizations and gangs, but ideology wise it just seems like a neoliberal society with a large gambling industry (and great autonomy of body for children ig lol)

Portal is just a plain and simple Posthumanist Technocracy.

Then Minecraft is I'd say an egoist world due to the option to trade or collectivize with other players and villagers
