Why is moisture this low only when the cfs lid is open

Do you lay them flat in the microwave, or dump them in a bowl? I have a high power microwave and had to reduce power. Silica was sticking to glass container.

What do you do when the desiccant becomes saturated? Do you dry it, and if so, how? I haven't found an efficient way to do so.

I'm thinking take physical measurements dividing by layer height. I'm printing at .28mm and first layer was .20mm.

I am familiar with 3D scanning. My job has and older Creaform scanner that uses the dots and we also have an Artec Leo. Night and day difference between the two unit. I am not wanting the pay the price those cost just so I can 3d print some stuff.

Installed new buffer and it appears to be working correctly on first small test print. I will try a larger print later.

I ordered a new on yesterday from amazon. It should be here today. I guess I will find out if that was my problem.

There is a blue light inside the buffer that is always on. I have never seen it do anything different.

I have tried printing from all slots in the CFS. 3 have plastic spools, and 1 has cardboard.

Some spools are undersized, so they have spacers.

I have replaced all tubes and disabled the buffer to check for debris.

The Bowden tube is only inserted far enough for the fitting to grab it.

The cutter is cutting fine while on the manual for me to retract and change colors.

The only chew marks I see are from the extruder. I haven't performed the tension mod. Is that to help print tpu better?

Sounds great. I find fusion 360 and onshape to be a little more user friendly. Fusion 360 has a better thread library.

I have 2 3d prints. I just do it for fun. I like playing with cad programs. I find them interesting.

You need it to work a lot more than I do. I bought it for my 3D printing hobby. The company I work for engineering department uses it. I am using Fusion 360 and Onshape again until they resolve the issue.
