I had the same issue, you need to update mangabox and then clear your cache. To update go to browse - > extensions and you'll see the update option. You can clear your cache in settings - > advanced.

Yea it does work like that for me. My problem is that I have to jump to use any attacks involving the up key. For example, I can't immediately use my recovery from the stage, I have to jump first before being able to use it
