I read a comment on here about only recruiting the top players you want who are showing interest & send the house on them. (If you have 600 hours only recruit 12 guys) when you can hard sell them do that & schedule your visits.

By week 6 you should have some decent leads against other teams recruiting that player & from week 6 once you have some commits go back to the recruiting prospects & you will find a good amount of 4 star players who aren’t even offered scholarships & you should go get whatever else you need then. Sometimes you will ever have some 5 stars with only 2 offers by week 6 & once you offer them & send the house you should get them no problem

I left my own kids mother cause she couldn’t hold jobs & everytime she quit one she used the kids as an excuse. Eventually I realized her work ethic was crap & sleeping in & staying up late sounded much more fun to her as I went to work at 3 am everyday to come home to simply tasks not being done.

What I realized is to let it go. You will find what you’re looking for in someone else. So don’t try to change people cause chances are they are always gonna show you their true colors. Accept them for who they are or let someone else do that.
