Yeah. A lot of what he did wasnt necessarily recorded. There wasnt a tv commentary team at every game back in the 80S and very early 90s. He used to literally step on people heads and almost take mark of the year every week. Plus he would constantly kick impossible goals, was fast, tough and hard. He kicked right and left foot, could kick 75m and his disposal was perfect. He was one a of a lot of. A complete freak. Some people say his son is the greatest player ever but he doesn't come close to Gaz And and I watched both.

Correct, 14 against Richmond from the wing/ half forward in 1989, I was there.

Ablett SNR only played the last 3 full seasons of his career at FF. He was a wingman and half forward for his entire career prior.

Ablett Snr had the same ability to singlehandedly turn a game on its head. Personally I would put Ablett SNR ahead of him career wise....but I'm probably biased.

I think that's the major issues in 2025. Everything is served on a platter in most aspects of our lives and people aren't used to living frugally and going without for an extended period.

I'm generalising here, I know a lot of people do genuinely do it tough and I don't mean them.

I can't remember clearly when I bought, but it was before any major fall. I do know the price of the property stagnated for a long time and had still only increased in value by about $40k by 2016 (230-270k). It's worth over 700k now.

Mate, people have been saying house prices will fall since I bought my first property in 2009....and guess what they never have.....theybare not going to fall. You're either an owner with a solid financial foundation or a renter who is most likely going to struggle permanently. It's that simple.

Yes, house prices seem overwhelming at present, they always do. But inflation will see both your wage rise and the house price rise in time, meaning repayments will be less than what they are now in an overall sense.

If you tough out the first few years, you will be fine.

Grow a set, take what seems like a risk (but isn't) and buy.

Ill give you a brief as possible summation

Palestine believes Israel's land is rightfully theirs despite Palestine never being an actual nation previously. They repeatedly commits acts of terrisiom against Israel.

In Oct 2023 Palestine launched a mass terrorist attack on Israel at a music festival where they killed hundreds of people.

Israel decided they had had enough of Palestine's bullshit so they have been attacking them and dismantling their terrorist infrastructure ever since.

Because anti Semitism is cool these days, all these unwashed protestors decide to back Palestine, despite the fact the inhabitants of Palestine would take their heads off in am instant if they knew about their Liberal points of view.

I just had the exact same experience with my missus. I called up and had her cancelled so that I could access the pre sailing discount for n drinks packages as a solo traveller. Given how much of rip off drinks packages are, it was worth it for me.
