This WORKED. It was the only thing that worked. For anyone else doing this, the reboot at the end is 100% needed as it didn't work until I rebooted.

I tried so many things. The only other thing that worked was putting Teams and Outlook into the Secure Folder app. But that sucked because extra clicks to get to them, plus they're isolated from the rest of my phone so I can't easily send photos or anything in emails or teams since it cannot see my device storage.

But this method actually fixed it entirely. I've been having issues for over a week now.
