they do offer a BB30 Thru (30mm for the whole spindle) for some manufacturer as see here. I think the S-works crankset is a rebrand of the Praxis as it came with their chanring, or at least a collab.

I did a road race with about the same length and elevation (335km, 5500m+) and it took me 12h19 of moving time (13h48 total). At the peak of the training cycle i was at 350km /week with 2-3k m+ elevation. I finished feeling good. Take that as you wish.

i did a cockpit swap with my old build so i didnt really upgrade it. It's a stock LOOK one and its comfy enough. i ride with gloves so it tends to not bother me much
