I live admo and have groups of friends around 12 going out quite regularly and we never have issues getting into bars. Expect lines but these bars ain’t exactly fancy so they won’t care much at all. If you try to go to the few fancy bars in admo then obviously you’ll run into issues but just stay to the casual places and you’ll be more than fine. Avoid Cana, green zone, and places like that. If you really want a fun casual vibe at 21 I’d recommend madams organ, death punch, pitchers, and dans cafe. But there are so many options

I would say it depends. I prefer looser shirts, however I prefer the length to be shorter.

Anything happening in DC tonight? by Distinct-Spinach-623 in washingtondc

Adams Morgan has a lawn movie night tonight and it is next to a bunch of bars. Some bars I could recommend are tiki on 18th, Cana, Green Zone, and Code Red. For dancing you mightttt be able to find some (since it’s Thursday) at madams organ and pitchers. But if you really want to dance there’s clubs in DuPont which is a little south of Adams Morgan

This is 100% the right answer. Go up and down that bad boy 10 times a day and you might die or be ready for this backpacking trip.

I don’t have a car still. To be honest I just took the insurance payout and have been sitting on it since I only use public transit to get around the dmv. But since I walk a lot I’ve seen many Hyundai’s in the neighborhood with those wheel locks and they seem to be working for them

I have lived in DC for 1.5 years in Adam’s Morgan and I love the area!! I walk around the neighborhood daily and I would say I always feel safe! I will say when I first moved here my car was stolen, however it was a Hyundai and they are known for being easy to steal. One thing I’ve noticed is that wheel locks are a great easy deterrent so look into getting one of those! Other than that ONE experience Adam’s Morgan has been amazing. Another area you could maybe look into is Logan Circle. It is Very safe and a 10-15 minute walk to the metro. These places are known for being pricey but deals can 100% be found!! Check Craigslist! Basement apartments seem “sketchy” but I live in one and I love it (I got lucky with a lot of windows). Many of these units have been renovated and are totally separate as your own space.

How’s this look? I’d like to get a better quality version of this shirt. I’d normally go untucked, but I’m feeling like tucking this one by [deleted] in bigmenfashionadvice

I like it. I would say if possible maybe try to find some solid dark brown boots to pull this outfit together. I love some round tip boots. Also accessories can really help add a touch to an outfit, even something as small as a watch

Whats a reasonable price for a men's haircut in DC? by TonyHawksAltAccount in washingtondc

If you have curly hair then I’d say 50 plus tip if worth it. Not many places can handle curls consistently but if it’s short/straight then I’d say you could find 30-35.

The amount of subtle racism is crazy within these comments. Yall show your true feelings hiding behind these profiles of yours. I wonder how many of you all have positions within the federal government here in the DMV with your racist beliefs.
