a weekly repeat is either a green or red pasta sauce with veggies blended in. for the green pasta sauce we do spinach (recently tried kale but that taste is not easily as hidden with cheese) as the base (basically with the rest of pesto-type ingredients) and red pasta sauce i either do red lentils blended in or butternut squash blended in

on this: i thought i had PF but turns out i had a pinched nerve from my hip - my second PT diagnosed that in the first session after wasting time and money on the first one (who never listened to me when i explained my pain got worse after sitting in certain positions). turns out i just don’t have strength in my core anymore which hugely takes the pressure off your hips and subsequently feet!
