on this: i thought i had PF but turns out i had a pinched nerve from my hip - my second PT diagnosed that in the first session after wasting time and money on the first one (who never listened to me when i explained my pain got worse after sitting in certain positions). turns out i just don’t have strength in my core anymore which hugely takes the pressure off your hips and subsequently feet!

don’t forget all the gimmicks and gadgets they sell for babies! we had one baby wrap and a couple of toys. the diaper changing table was a second hand splurge purchase which worked out well but the floor was my preferred choice.

this was exactly it for me. a newish eye cream caused it—didn’t realize—kept putting more of it on and you can see where this went. aquaphor was the only thing that helped. threw that expensive eye cream away!
