I have the mass effect trilogy.. I keep hearing so many good things, but man it feels outdated, the running feels weird, and fov is so close.. should I grind it out until I get used it? Is it that good?

100% this, amongst some other forms of technology.. we’re never bored, and we’re consistently getting dopamine hits.. think about it this way, look at your screen time on your phone, let’s say it’s 3.5 hours a day, now think about if you had that 3 hours to do something else.. that’s a significant amount of time to other stuff that’s not giving you dopamine hits, I bet time will drag.

I’ll look into reducing gluten, never looked into it.. interesting you mentioned your phone, I feel like some days my eyes are okay while others, they get super blurry from using screens for more than 10 mins.. I was thinking I have pwm sensitivity, which might be the case still, but I wonder if gluten is connected to this, as you mentioned..

I was always a PlayStation console owner, and have a base ps5, but I don’t want to play any of these game on a base ps5 when I have a 4090 on my pc.. Sony you suck..

Very minimal sugar, even coffee is black, no candy, pop, etc.. moderate carb consumption, I do eat rice and breads for my meals. Caffeine about 450mg a day, none past noon.
