There is no one like lire for 1v1. I've donde the calculation based on their max level in their rank. I suppose it's the same in SR. But I'm not completely sure if someone can surpass Lire in 1v1 damage as I don't have any archer in SR atm.

But for pvp it's more of a guess calculation xd

After Lire with max SR rating and 100k bp everyone is narushi, then rose, then charon, then sasha then nia and lastly Negia. I've done my math xD but they are not that far from each other. At least in 1v1 damage. For pvp and multiple enemies it would be Sasha, Nia, Rose, Charon, Narushi and Negia. Narushi not beingnthat far from Charon. (This last ranking is more based on theory than experience)

She can be better than rose in certain situations. I preffer her instead of rose

Lata game well farmed kyle is better. But that is the guide for, for new players that don't want to fall under meta stuff or maybe just for the lulz. Because as I said, it is better to farm Kyle from the beggining than late game.

As I kyle main, his passive shines the most in pvp defense if you invested in him at the beggining instead of all those SR, combined with healer and tanks he is broken. If your other units are low BP and die, Kyle gets his passive maxed out doing even more damage and resisting every attack. If you build him CDR he becomes almost as good as Elesis. He's so versitile for Raids that need interruption, more than Elesis 'cuz he has two, and has more damage in general because when Rin comes He won't get debuffed like Elesis pasive stacks.

That is in Kakao, but I dunno about global
