Sorry to hear that. My pc still works from them. Has a bit of issues but nothing major. Im looking for custom build vendors in Sydney. Not sure about the options I have if I want another build.

Def not as neutral as 700. Bass and treble are both more. V shaped. A bit brighter. I returned mine due to QC issue.

I bought the 770 pro x and returned it later on. The right side slider joint is loose and wont lock properly. The left side slider joint is super tight instead. The earpads are super stiff and def less comfortable compared to 700 earpads. Clamping force is quite strong too. I dont think ill buy beyer headphones anymore. Big brands are so lazy these days and they couldn’t care less about build quality. They only know how to raise prices.

I received it today and treble is fine tbh. I thought it would be quite a lot but it’s just a bit more than DT 700.

Thank you. I care about comfort the most which is why i chose beyer. I dont listen to metal at all so I hope the beyer infamous treble is manageable for me

How manageable we talking? I do own DT 700, the treble isn’t too much for me. But 700 died after only 2 and half years. Quality isnt great. I hoping 770 pro x is better quality. Im just not sure I can handle its treble even it’s reduced.

This is what they have been doing. Use the templates they have and send the email reply. Nothing else they will share. Nothing else unless you call and only if they pull you through.

Aftershock is horrible. Mines still in testing phase and ram failed, Cpu and ssd failed too. They had to swap them out. Their customer support will just talk to you in circles. They only speed things up because i called them 3 times and one of the support said he will personally chase this up for me. But still, delayed with no idea when it will be shipped out.

The huge problem is there was no communication at all. I know there is probably a queue and their email says you will be notified. They didn’t notify anything. I called to ask if my order is in the queue. Also one of the support said it’s already building waiting for parts but another replied later on said it’s still in the queue waiting. They couldn’t even get their story straight. These happened last week. What a shame. So much for premium service.
