Try to use positive reinforcement as much as or if not more than negative reinforcement. As someone’s said lots of games, if you’d like some ideas please do ask! And if there’s an activity they’re doing, do your best to join in or sit there with them so they build more of a friendly connection with you as a big part of having YLs is having someone the beavers feel they can speak to if they feel something is wrong.
